As a Business Recruiter at Alchemy, you will contribute to one of the company's most important tasks —building out the team! You'll be responsible for creating and implementing a process for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates within our sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams. It's important that you can work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively on behalf of the company.

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
