Returns an array of EIP-2718 binary-encoded receipts.

## Parameters

| BlockNumberOrTag | string or enum | Yes | The block number or tag (e.g., "latest", "earliest"). |

## Result

**RLP-encoded receipts** (string[]): Array of EIP-2718 binary-encoded receipts as hexadecimal strings.
