The following smart contract is a token contract that inherits from ERC20Capped and Ownable contracts. It allows for minting, burning, and transferring of tokens. It also implements a delegation system for voting rights. The contract keeps track of checkpoints to determine voting power and allows for delegation of voting power through signatures.
