## Steps to request a refund

- **Refund Approval:** Refunds are not automatically granted and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Each request is evaluated individually to ensure it meets our criteria for a refund.
- **Processing Time:** If your refund request is approved, please note that the processing time to see the refunded amount on your original payment method can range from 3-5 business days, depending on the processing speed of your financial institution.
