# How can I resume my service after being suspended?

If your account was suspended due to payment issues, you can restore access by **resolving the failed payment** and **clearing your outstanding balance**.

1. Go to your [**Billing**](https://dashboard.alchemy.com/settings/billing/invoices) page in the Alchemy dashboard.
1. **Update your payment method** if needed — make sure your card details are correct and active.
1. **Pay your outstanding balance** to reactivate your services.

Payments can fail for a few common reasons:

- **Insufficient funds** in your account
- **Expired or invalid card** information
- **Bank or card issuer declines** due to fraud checks or spending limits
- **Incorrect billing address** or verification mismatch

Once payment is successful, your account will be **automatically restored**, and your services will resume right away.
