For subscribers of the Growth and Scale Monthly tiers, subscription fees are invoiced on the 3rd of each month. This ensures consistency and predictability in your billing cycle.

How my on-demand consumptions are charged?

Charges based on your actual usage during each monthly billing period are invoiced separately in the following month. This allows you to adjust your usage according to your needs without immediate billing concerns!

What happen if I sign-up mid-month?

If you sign up mid-month, you will receive a prorated invoice that covers your service from the sign-up date to the end of that month. For example, if you sign up on May 23, you will be billed for the prorated service period from May 23 to June 2. Your next invoice will then cover the full month, issued on June 3.

Where can I viewing and pay my invoices?

Account Admins can view and pay invoices directly from the Alchemy Dashboard. Simply navigate to the Past Invoices tab to find and view your invoices. Access this section from your Alchemy Dashboard by clicking on Billing → Past Invoices.

How can I updating my payment details

To update your payment information such as credit card details and billing address, visit the Admin section of the dashboard. Go to Billing → Payment Details to make the necessary changes.
