FieldDescription
data.midsMap of coin to mid price (a decimal string). The snapshot includes only markets with both a bid and an ask. In later messages, a value is null when that market loses its bid or ask; treat null as "no mid" until a later message sends a price.

The first message includes every subscribed market that currently has a mid. A market without both a bid and an ask is left out until it has one. Later messages include only markets whose mid changed, with null when a market loses its mid.

Book streams have no replay. After a disconnect, or if seq skips, resubscribe; the first message is a fresh snapshot. If you receive a book_reset error, drop local state for the subscription and rebuild from the snapshot that follows. See replay and recovery.
