How can I resume my service after being suspended?

If your account was suspended due to payment issues, you can restore access by resolving the failed payment and clearing your outstanding balance.

1. Go to your Billing page in the Alchemy dashboard.
2. Update your payment method if needed — make sure your card details are correct and active.
3. Pay your outstanding balance to reactivate your services.

Payments can fail for a few common reasons:

• Insufficient funds in your account
• Expired or invalid card information
• Bank or card issuer declines due to fraud checks or spending limits
• Incorrect billing address or verification mismatch

Once payment is successful, your account will be automatically restored, and your services will resume right away.
