How can I resume my service after being suspended?

If your account was suspended due to payment issues, you can restore access by resolving the failed payment and clearing your outstanding balance.
- Go to your Billing page in the Alchemy dashboard.
- Update your payment method if needed — make sure your card details are correct and active.
- Pay your outstanding balance to reactivate your services.
Payments can fail for a few common reasons:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Expired or invalid card information
- Bank or card issuer declines due to fraud checks or spending limits
- Incorrect billing address or verification mismatch
Once payment is successful, your account will be automatically restored, and your services will resume right away.
