PROMO TERMS: The Alchemy Migration Promotion (the "Migration Promotion") begins on March 14, 2024 and ends when discontinued by Alchemy.

In order to receive the Migration Promotion, you must enter into an enterprise agreement with Alchemy to use the Alchemy services, with a minimum one-year commitment. Credit amounts issued in connection with the Migration Promotion may not be resold, transferred, or assigned to any third-party except as agreed in writing by Alchemy. Alchemy reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Migration Promotion at any time due to fraud or misuse. Alchemy reserves the right to issue (or not issue) credits for the Migration Promotion at its discretion, including where Alchemy concludes you or your affiliated individuals or entities have already received credits in connection with the Migration Promotion.

By participating in the Migration Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms. Your access to the Alchemy services shall be subject to the Terms of Service set forth at https://www.alchemy.com/terms-conditions/terms. Alchemy may collect personal data in accordance with the Privacy Notice set forth at https://www.alchemy.com/terms-conditions/privacy-policy.
