What is CryptoPunks?

CryptoPunks helps collectors buy, sell, and bid on 10,000 unique pixel characters via a peer-to-peer marketplace embedded in the original Ethereum smart contract. The collection launched in 2017 and inspired the ERC-721 standard. Owners trade directly on-chain at cryptopunks.app or via the wrapped ERC-721 version on third-party marketplaces.
