dapp
CLI for creating Solidity DApps with hevm and not RPC for smart contract transactions.

What is dapp?
dapp is an Ethereum development tool for building, testing, fuzzing, formally verifying, debugging, and deploying Solidity contracts from the command line. Built by DappHub, the project uses hevm, an implementation of the Ethereum virtual machine (EVM) made specifically for unit testing and debugging smart contracts, instead of RPC to execute transactions.
