What is Midao?

DAOs struggle to incorporate in traditional states or countries as they don't recognize blockchain-based organizations. MIDAO passed the DAO Act in 2022 to create LLC legislation in the Marshall Islands that explicitly recognizes the blockchain and DAOs.
