MemeSwap
MemeSwap is a non-custodial meme coin tracker that shows token market data and builds swap and bridge routes for users to sign in their own wallets.

What is MemeSwap?
MemeSwap is a meme coin discovery and trading app that tracks tokens across a dozen networks, including Solana, Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Sui, HyperEVM, Avalanche, and Monad. Each token page shows live price, market cap, 24-hour volume, holder count, liquidity, and the contract address, alongside a heuristic risk score. Swaps and bridges are routed through KyberSwap, Jupiter, and LI.FI, and the server builds unsigned transactions that users review and sign in their own wallets. MemeSwap charges a disclosed 0.85% fee on fee-enabled trades, separate from network gas and provider fees. An iPhone app and a desktop wallet are also available.
