What is PACT Swap?
PACT Swap is a cross-chain DEX that uses Coinweb's Penalty Adjudication of Cross-chain Transactions framework to swap assets across independent chains, including native Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and TRON, without relying on validator-bonded bridges or wrapped tokens. Each trade is overcollateralized by smart contracts, so either both sides settle or collateral compensates the wronged party. The PACT token unlocks listings, fee discounts, and governance.
