What is StableCart?
StableCart is a USDC payment gateway on Base in which buyers pay directly to the merchant's own wallet. The service holds no keys; it reads the public chain, confirms payments, and notifies the store with HMAC-signed messages that link to each transaction. Merchants can install the WooCommerce plugin and enter a wallet address, or create payment links without a website. Each open order is assigned a unique amount that differs by a fraction of a cent, which lets payments be matched to orders without a separate wallet per order. The free plan covers 20 paid orders a month, and a Pro plan removes the limit for a flat fee with no percentage taken from sales.
